Why doesn’t Cadence specialise in just one market?
Although we are not restricted to particular sectors we have organised our business in three main areas of: Business & Community, Healthcare, and Technical & Technology,
It perhaps shouldn't be surprising or remarkable that our depth of experience into different sectors helps us to be more creative and innovative when the team come together, as they do on all of our accounts, but it does come as a surprise to many- including the competition!
We know that our large insurance clients want to work with small and growing businesses. By working with large and small businesses - and everything in between- we can provide greater insight than if we only worked with large firms. Likewise, our recruitment clients would like to deal with the industries our technical and technology clients work in. Again we have hands on knowledge and media connections.
When we are dealing with workplace healthcare it's helpful for us to be able to say ‘we understand factories, shops, offices, schools and so on' as we do when we talk about data security. When we work with schools on vocational skills isn't it helpful for us to know as much about the world of work as possible and not simply be educational specialists?
So that's it. We don't specialise in just one sector, but you might. Our job may well be to get your message around your sector, but most often it is to get your message into new markets and especially your ‘vertical markets'. That's what we specialise in.
