Cadence Public Relations is founded on the basic principle of fairness in all its dealings. This means that our clients and partners will see evidence of our integrity and openness in everything we do with them.
It is a non-negotiable condition of employment at Cadence that we take seriously our responsibility to other humans, other species and the environment we all share. Our responsibilities include extending support where possible to people and animals if we feel we can help them to improve their situation. This is especially important when it comes to the most vulnerable people in society and animals that suffer abuse and the risk of extinction.
Our ability to make a positive contribution to society will come from our success as a strong and successful company. Also, we recognise that our role is as influencers and to this end we cannot realistically expect all our clients and suppliers to share our ideals. We prefer to educate and influence rather than confront and alienate, but we will only deal with organisations that have a progressive approach to fairness to humans and animals alike, and will not work with those that support environmental destruction or oppressive practices and regimes.
